For my new living room, I bought a painting by Hans Ebers (1924–1970) from Zeitzeug.
Hans Ebers studied at the Werkkunstschule Hannover, amongst other places. In 1956, he moved to Hanover, where he worked as a lecturer at the adult education centre from 1957 to 1969.
To mark an exhibition at Langenhagen Town Hall in 2012, a short film about Hans Ebers was also produced.
The painting can be classified as abstract expressionism.
