Arnold Leissler was a painter and graphic artist from Hanover. The graphic itself is printed on a coloured area of the picture, you can see the edge of the plate inside the coloured area. It is dated 1969.
The title of the print is “Landschaft mit Pilaster und Skulptur” (“Landscape with Pilaster and Sculpture”).
